"Make
Me Suffer, Too"
was written by KK in various phases over the course of several years. As such, you can hear different moods prevalent and distinct in this arrangement. The way he has blended in these different elements serve as a testament to his skills as a song writer, composer, and visionary in all arenas.
The song is heard here as was recorded by the heavy-metal rock band OverlorD. The introductory melody, (not heard here in this version), was said to be used as a lullaby to put the restless kids to sleep.
Then the opening riff, which starts the OverlorD version, is reminiscent of a shrill siren with a Spanish classical power behind it that moves you to feel the chills and tingles under your skin. Of course, the main meal is served in the punishing and pounding force meant solely to make you suffer.
While this version wasn't produced exactly as KK intended, it hammers home raw and powerful energy which many metal afficiendos have already agreed are the reasons "Make Me Suffer" is a heavy metal hard hitter.

"Can
You Tell Me"
is a love song that loses its way along a very windy and curvy path. It is obvious though that there is a tenacity involving the relationship the singer has with the subject.
"Can You Tell Me" also gives us the heart-warming lyrics from the poor lost soul that's "gotta get it right the first time" or otherwise risk losing the love of their life.
In a time when money is the seeming trading source for allegience, this song asks us to believe that love is so important that it's worth waiting a lifetime to watch it blossom. "Can You Tell Me" is an inspiration with its words of fortitude, courage, and strength in the face of an uncertain and fast changing world.
The contrast between song writing styles shows such a rich and diverse ability to take control of whatever sound is required to achieve the mood of each individual work. His ability to adapt to various genres and moods in his works marks him rare and unique in the world of artists.
